From our heritage Bee Balm to our growing collection of lotions, soaps, lip balms, and other personal care essentials, every Pearl & Victoria product reflects our commitment to quality, sustainability, and natural wellness.

Our Story

Our story began with our grandmother, whose passion for herbal remedies inspired her to create a handcrafted herbal balm using carefully selected natural ingredients. Originally made as a homemade unguent for family use, the balm was shared with relatives, friends, and neighbors who came to trust its soothing and skin-conditioning qualities.

As word spread throughout the community, demand for the balm steadily grew. What began as a family tradition eventually became JOCO Balm of Bees, now known as Bee Balm, our heritage product that laid the foundation for the business.

To preserve the original family recipe while meeting increasing demand, Phian Herbal Manufacturing was established. The success of Bee Balm inspired us to expand beyond a single product and develop a complete line of natural skincare and personal care products under the Pearl & Victoria brand.

Today, we proudly continue our grandmother's legacy from Negros Occidental, Philippines, combining generations of herbal wisdom with modern quality standards to create products that families can trust. As we continue to grow, we remain committed to honoring our heritage while sharing the benefits of nature with more people across the Philippines and around the world.
